If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We would very much like to meet you and encourage you to tour our beautiful, historic school and campus!  Appointments can be made by calling the school office at (850) 747-0060 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. 

Relocating

Relocation can be an exciting, but stressful, experience. We are here to help you! We understand that out-of-town families may have scheduling constraints and we hope to facilitate a smooth application process as well as give you the opportunity to visit our school. Please let us know your timeline well in advance so we can make the proper arrangements. 

If you are NOT a current family at HNES

Create an Online Account to begin the online application process and upload your required documents.   You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.  After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status online by logging into your account.

Once we've received all your application documents, a member of the Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a visit and interview for your child. 

Please note that applications will only be reviewed once all required documentation has been submitted.

The Admissions Committee meets with the Admission Specialist and the Head of School to share information and to make recommendations.  Your child's acceptance decision will be shared with you.

For accepted applicants, guidance on the next steps to complete enrollment will be furnished. It's important to note that submission of applications does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Parents have two weeks to respond to the offer of acceptance.  Once the enrollment packet is completed and submitted, the student will be formally enrolled.
