Dear New Students and Families,

Welcome to the Holy Nativity Episcopal School community! 

We are thrilled to have you join us for the upcoming school year.  Before August 1st:

Fill out and submitted the required forms:

  • Birth Certificate (copy only)
  • Florida Immunization (shot record)
  • Florida Health Form (physical exam)
    • completed within one year from the first day of school

Purchase uniforms

Our uniform policy reflects our commitment to creating a positive and respectful learning environment for all members of our community. Click here to review the uniform policy guidelines.  

Purchase school supplies

Our school supplies can either be purchased through EPI School Supplies or through your favorite retailers.  The school supplies lists and EPI Information can be found here.  

Complete summer assignments (if required)

Summer reading assignments encourage students to think critically, analyze text, and draw connections between literature and their own experiences.
